To our valued customers, vendors and employees:
The good health and safety of our customers, vendors, employees and neighbors continue to be our primary concern. With the increased number of reported COVID-19 in New York State and Pennsylvania, we wanted to provide you with an update regarding our business. All of our facilities are open. Due to the customers we serve, we have been categorized as an essential business by the Empire State Development Corporation. Although we are operating with no interruption in service to our customers, we have significantly reduced our on-site staff. We are extremely grateful to our employees who are diligently adhering to best practices for safety and health, allowing us to provide our customers with the support they expect. We continue to monitor communications from federal, state and local authorities and will act accordingly and communicate any changes with you.
